We are The Green Park, the first and only Industrial Park and Free Zone in Latin America that meets LEED requirements. What makes us different is that we are environmentally sustainable. This virtue is what makes us unique. The Green Park is a Costa Rican free trade zone property owned and operated by the Central American Group.

The park consists in more than 50.000 square meters of construction area, and 19.154,92 square meters of green areas.
